Darrell Brooks Trial Updates

Wilson has been incarcerated for 18 months and counting awaiting trial. He is claiming self-defense based on Georgia’s stand your ground law.

Chrystul Kizer Trial Updates

Chrystul Kizer was arrested at age 17 for the murder of Randall Phillip Volar III. During her arrest, she claimed Volar was her sex trafficker. On June 5, 2018, she shot him twice while he was sitting in a chair, set his house on fire, then stole his car.

Robert Hayes Trial Updates

Robert Hayes, 37, was arrested in September 2019 on first-degree murder charges for the March 2016 death of Rachel Bey, 32. Police said Hayes was identified as the man behind at least three unsolved murders in Daytona Beach from 2005 to 2006.

Ethan Crumbley Trial Updates

On November 30, 2021, a mass shooting occurred at Oxford High School in the Detroit exurb of Oxford Township, Michigan, United States. Four students were killed and seven people were injured, including a teacher. Authorities arrested and charged 15-year-old sophomore Ethan Crumbley as an adult for 24 crimes, including murder and terrorism.

James and Jennifer Crumbley Trial Updates
